ok, i think im ready to start to learn how to mod and skin but i dont know what programs i need. any one know of what program is best to use?

well i dont know how to skin or anything either but the progams i think for skinning is DXTBmp and a paint program  |

you will need zmod to mod trucks/trailers and DXTBmp to skin trucks/trailers

i find photoshop the best for skins (if you have it), and nvidia make a dds plugin for it. and you can get zmod off the truckpol site
